This section of the website is designed to help you with questions or support related to the website, your account and events.

Whether you are a new or past member we would like to provide the following suggestions to you regarding your account.

NEED HELP LOGGING IN? PLEASE RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
For existing members, if this is your first time logging in, please click Reset Your Password. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the link to your email you call the support number or email info@pelicanbaywomensleague.org. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

If you did forgot your password, you may reset your password from the login page of the website.

1. Enter your email and click on the blue Forgot Password link. You will be sent an email to reset your password.

2. Enter a new password, then reenter your new password.

3. Return to the PBWL website at www.pelicanbaywomensleague.org and enter your email and new password.

Note your Password must have: - 12 characters or more - Upper and lower case letters - At least one number - At least one special character #?!@$%^&*- If you have logged on accurately, and you can't access our Member Area, it means you either have let your membership lapse or you have never paid dues.


WHEN YOU LOG IN, REVIEW YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
When you log in you will be taken to your profile page. Please review all information for accuracy and fully complete your profile. If there is an area of your profile that is incorrect which you can not change yourself, please email info@pelicanbaywomensleague.org or call the telephone support listed below.


MEMBER EVENTS THAT REQUIRE PAYMENT
In order to ensure we do not overbook our popular events payment is required during your registration to hold your spot. If you have any questions about the event or payment please contact us at info@pelicanbaywomansleague.org.


WHAT TO DO IF UNABLE TO ATTEND AN EVENT

Unfortunately we do not offer a "waitlist" feature so we are not able to help you sell your ticket to someone who was unable to register.  Members may still give their ticket to another member if they decide they cannot attend at the last minute but need to contact the event host to add the name of the person attending the event.
