Whether you are a new or past member we would like to provide the following suggestions to you regarding your account.

If you are having trouble with your member login or a website feature our webmasters are available to help you Monday - Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm
FIRST TIME LOGGING IN? PLEASE RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
For existing members, if this is your first time logging in, please click Reset Your Password. A password reset link will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the link to your email you call the support number or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to check your spam folder.
WHEN YOU LOG IN, REVIEW YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
When you log in you will be taken to your profile page. Please review all information for accuracy and fully complete your profile. If there is an area of your profile that is incorrect which you can not change yourself, please email email@example.com or call the telephone support listed below.
MEMBER EVENTS THAT REQUIRE PAYMENT
In order to ensure we do not overbook our popular events payment is required during your registration to hold your spot. If you have any questions about the event or payment please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT TO DO IF AN EVENT IS SOLD OUT
Our new website offers a "waitlist" feature. If an event is sold out and you would still like to attend, after logging in add your name to the "waitlist" in the registration area of that event by clicking on the orange JOIN WAITLIST button. If an opening becomes available, the "waitlist" is used to send an email notification to the members in the order they were received. You will have 48 hours to pay once this email notification is sent advising you of your status change from Waitlisted to Registered. If you do not pay online within this timeframe your name will be removed from the waitlist and the open spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
Members may still give their ticket to another member if they decide they cannot attend at the last minute but need to contact the event host to add the name of the person attending the event.
